A former U.S. Army Paratrooper turned strategic business leader with over 25 years of experience in operating, owning, and selling businesses. As a first-generation Italian-American, they bring a strong work ethic and American ingenuity to their coaching practice. A Patriot
As long as I can remember as a boy, I wanted to be a professional soldier. In 1983 I got my wish enlisting the U.S. Army and serving as a Paratrooper with the elite and highly decorated 82nd Airborne division as a Military Policeman & Criminal Investigator both here and abroad until retired due to training injuries. It was one of the greatest experiences of my life that taught me to lead, serve and think critically.

As a first generation Italian-American, I bring a “old school” work ethic from working class parents who started from scratch when they arrived in this country. As an American I embrace good ol’ American ingenuity and problem solving to everyday life and business.

A Lifelong Student
Always at the forefront of thought leadership, I am constantly reading books on business, leadership, strategy, innovation and change. In fact, one of my favorite things to do as a coach is to share with a business owner recent books or publications that apply directly to their situation. It’s comforting to the seasoned business owner or start up entrepreneur to know that they not only have a supportive coach and mentor, but also to benefit from my experiences.
