How It Works

As a participant in the personalized business coaching program, you will receive access to The following services:

We typically begin with a Complimentary Coaching Session that can last roughly an hour. This gives us an opportunity to understand your business and the successes and challenges that you have experienced to date. Equally important, though, is that it gives you the chance to witness our approach and to determine if we are a good fit to hold you accountable to your goals and aspirations. After that, if we both see the value of working together, we can discuss the coaching programs that Max Business Profits offers, and get started right away!

We will spend time within the first month or two of the Coaching program – evaluating your financial situation, existing plan and the extent to which you are in concert with it. A Strategic Plan will be developed to identify the activities required of you and your team to achieve your goals. Your Strategic Plan will be reviewed and updated each quarter. Along with Strategy, we will develop, together, a Tactical Marketing Plan to move your Strategic Plans along.

In addition to Strategic & Tactical Plans, you will be involved in developing such necessary skills such as networking, presenting, selling and leadership if deemed needed and desired.

Bi-Weekly Accountability

The bulk of our work will be done in short, bi-weekly calls. Your Coach will have 3 to 6 hours per month of coaching sessions using Zoom, or Live, coaches’ discretion. These sessions will be used for goalsetting, accountability, and troubleshooting. Your Coach is also available during normal business hours to discuss unforeseen challenges that arise during the week. We call this “On Demand” coaching. 

Your coach WILL hold your accountable but ultimately it is up to you to attend your appointments on time, come prepared and take actions when it is assigned. Missed appointments will generally not be “made up” as coaching schedules are tight and it is your responsibility to make them. On the occasion your coach agrees to reschedule, it will be at his/her discretion and availability.

One of the most neglected plan, often to the significant detriment of the owner, is the Exit Plan.

One of the Five “D”s of unplanned business exits will eventually strike each and every business owner who does not have a plan. They are:

We will supply you with access to hundreds of proprietary templates and systems on an as needed basis to enable you to complete your weekly goals. These include business and strategic plans, marketing and advertising templates, sales scripts, operations manuals, financial management tools, and more.

We have an online portal for quick, “up to speed” access to learn things like understanding your profit & loss statement, the effects of discounting, and marketing examples. It is considered one of the most comprehensive and informational DIY small business portal in the business. 

Your Coach will critique all marketing efforts and anything you would like guidance on from marketing collateral to sales scripts to dealing with employees and dis-satisfied customers. Your work on goals and assignments in between coaching appointments should be delivered via email or during your next coaching session.

We will conduct complimentary consultations with your key suppliers, customers, or professional advisors to solicit and understand their viewpoints and coordinate your strategic plan with their efforts. This is an important step in the process, as it ensures that your entire supply chain is in congruence with your strategic direction.
